Welcome to the membership information files. Please read the
instructions below to properly add your information to the database.
The leader profile information database is listed at the link
below.

Database
When
posting information to this site please note the following
rules -
- To ADD your record -
click the ADD RECORD on the upper right of the database
listing.
- Te EDIT your record
- click the pencil to the left of your database listing.
- When listing your Council - please enter your
council name only - We already know it is GS (this is to
ease the database search and listings).

When listing your troop post your
troop level then troop number -
(i.e. Brownies #1006)

When listing you troop (s) - start
from the lowest program level up - Daisy, Brownie,
Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors (i.e.
Daisies #2250, Brownies #1006)

Multi level troops -
list Multi Level Troop then the
age levels then the troop #
(i.e. Multi Level Troop Brownies - Cadettes # 554)

If you are an international troop -
list your troop - Pak / as you would normally do in your
country (i.e. 5th Westminster Pak)

If you need to update your listing -
feel free to do so at any time.

LAST - any information that is posted
that is not in sync with the rest (i.e. - you posted
your troop number before your level) - The moderators
have the right to change this information to suit the
needs of the database. THIS is needed so when someone
searches for 'Brownie Troops'.... every Brownie Troop
will be within that listing - otherwise you may not get
listed within that search
